The spindle driven by a high-power built-in motor with a short-term output of 7kW(25) can reach a maximum torque of 30N · m and a maximum rotation speed of 18000min-1 (rpm), thus realizing heavy cutting of non-ferrous metals such as copper and aluminum in the low-speed area and high-speed cutting of non-metallic metals such as wood, plastic and industrial products in the high-speed area. Not only the X and Y axes are feed structures that use servo motors to directly connect ball screws to rotate, but also the previously used balance drop is removed from the Z axis, and linear guide rails and ball screws with high response capability are adopted to achieve a fast forward speed of 30 m/min and greatly improve the roundness. By using the double station to replace the workpiece, the non-cutting time is shortened, and the production efficiency is greatly improved.
